So what happens to a fly that is born in space? As you can see from this picture, biologists have discovered that space weakens the immune system! This fly is very furry, because it could not fight off a fungal infection as a healthy fly would on Earth! Apparantly gravity has a lot to do with which genes are turned on and off in your immune system!
