A Finland-based company Uniqul is planning to use facial recognition software to help customers pay for their purchases. Instead of asking "cash, check, or card," this system would allow customers to use their faces as the form of payment at a checkout stand. This system will supposedly reduce the current 30 seconds of time that it takes to make a payment down to 5 seconds.
